3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
All appointments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. We understand that things happen all the time. We just ask that you communicate with us.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
Missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited.
4. Refunds and Guarantees
All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have access to a stable internet connection and a working device for virtual sessions. We are not liable for technical issues that arise on the client’s end.
